Default It's raining

And it's ruddy bad. Our patio, even though it is flat, has turned into a mini stream due to the sheer amount of water that is coming down. I may have to forgo smoking or the rest of the night as there is a severe weather warning for the Midlands. Just looked out the front window and the road is now a river

Oh, and the lights have been flickering so I may lose the internet at some point tonight which will curtail my downloading

It's heading north and west. We had what you're getting late yesterday and today. South Wales got deluged.

I'm Best Man for my mates Wedding in 9 hour and I have stolen my old Elise off my best friend to drive him to the service. I was hoping that the rain would hold off so we could have the roof off but now I'm just hoping that the roads aren't so flooded that we get stuck!

You aren't joking. Most trains out of Cardiff were cancelled, major roads flooded and impassable and a whole area up by me flooded out. Fortunately, I live at the top of a hill.

Its been a nightmare.
