Men in Black 3: 3D
SOOOO much better than MIB 2 - though that wasn't hard! A lot of fun, good storyline and could have gone on watching it! Annoyed I forgot my 3D specs and had to pay for another pair 8/10 The 5 year Engagement Too long - the story could have (should have) been told in 1 hr 30 max. Not helped by the fact I find Emily Blunt nauseous. Rhys Ifans was a good craic though 6/10 BB x |

Amazing Spiderman 3D - 8/10
It's much more tame in comparison to other Marvel films, but I thought the main leads were played well and likeable, and I really enjoyed it.

Battleship
What an utter cheese fest Acting was pretty poor-average but I actually liked the storyline and the aliens even if it was all totally predictable and stupid at times, especially at the end. Having said that, it was a Sunday afternoon brain out movie and I thoroughly enjoyed it in that sense. 6/10

The dictator.
Plenty of funny one liners and short sequences, but way too scripted for me. I prefer to see SBC thinking on his feet. 6/10

The Dark Knight Rises
Alright. Just about wrapped things up I guess. A few things irked me about the whole thing and I'm not sure I can even pinpoint what they all were. Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! I'm convinced that Catwoman didn't need to be in this at all though. She appears out of nowhere at the start and is suddenly somehow an integral part of everything whilst not really serving a purpose as far as the story is concerned. There are things in the film that are there then gone again such as Bruce's new super-kick, and Catwoman's little mate. Morgan Freeman just turned up to collect his paycheck. 'The Bat' felt oddly contrived; convenient. Near the end I was sidetracked by little things like why doesn't Batman fall through the ice? Why did he waste time putting a burning bat on the bridge? Why wasn't Gary Oldman even bruised rolling around in the back of a van with an atomic bomb, in a crash that killed the driver? End Spoiler Alert! I like that the stories are intertwined from the beginning of the trilogy and that we got an ending to it all, but TDK felt flawless whereas this feels... cobbled together. 7/10

I really liked DKR. Probably my favourite of the three, but that will change as I rewatch the others. Completely different style and tone to DK so find it hard to compare although nice to see Batman didn't have the most ridiculous voice in the film this time around.
