Default Say Hi to Borris...

.... the bruise !!

So I wasn't going to go to Muay Thai this week, I always end up with a few bruises on my legs and seeing as we're going to the Chrimbo do this weekend I didn't want to look like a skank ho with bruised legs showing.

Friday night however, whilst perfectly sober, I decided to walk straight into a fence post. My inner thigh got a bit swollen and I had a massive graze... not too much of a problem I thought, I'll cover it up with makeup

But nooooo.. I now have the biggest bruise known to man which is so big it needs a name - it's now called Borris.

I shall be wearing tights or leggings with my dress and hope it's calmed down a bit by NYE

Ouch!
Make sure you look after it and don't overdo it. I fell down the stairs a couple of weeks ago and thought nothing of a bruise on my elbow. I'm now on 2 types of antibiotics and in lots of pain!

Thanks Jen, the swelling has gone down and doesn't really hurt anymore but I'll keep an eye on it

Hope your elbow gets better soon :/

Me too Main reason why two of my toes (yes one more than from Ground Force weekend!) now always click if I move them about. And I'm never drunk when I do it.

I'm awful for walking into things, i've walked into the bannister of the staircase at work 3 times now and have had a massive bruise in the same place each time.
Hope it heals quickly Piggy, arnica is good for getting rid of bruises quickly.

My current target of choice seems to be door frames/handles which means bruises are mainly arms/shoulders (and disguised by freckles). Normally its edges of desks and filing cabinets which means I end up with 2p sized round bruises all over my thighs
