Let's settle something... High School Musical...
Does High School Musical rock, or does it suck?
I personally think it's bloody marvelous, but I'm getting too much grief here so wondering if it's just me  . What do you think?

Highschool Musical, Britannia High and all that other stuff, is, quite honestly the cancer of entertainment. Full of drama queens and annoying fairy fluff songs.
If I was PM I'd have the producers of these things shot, and all recordings, scripts etc incinerated.

I have so far managed to shelter myself from this sort of thing. So in honesty i don't know if it is good or not as i've never seen it, but i think i'm a happier person for it.

It's completely enjoyable if you want a whole load of absolute cheese. It's very much run-of-the-mill Disney production, extolling virtues they don't share, e.g. how it's okay to be yourself and not conform to what people tell you you should be..

Exactly. It's nice to listen to music which isn't about bitches and hoes, guns and rides, violence, revenge or getting 'crunk up in the club' etc...
Music has become so repetitive and often glorifying many issues that are negative effects on the world we live in. Disney music is often very sing-a-longable and everyone has favourite songs from Disney movies of old like Robin Hood, Lion King or Alice in Wonderland etc...
