That's a category 5 hurricane Cat 5 = 156mph+ at which point you're already talking structural damage, risk of collapse of buildings without internal support walls etc. Let alone 200mph+!

The thought that just flashed into my head was a bunch of the toon army standing around in shorts and t-shirts in 300mph winds complaining that it's a bit on the warm side, and how they could do with a nice bit of a breeze to cool things down.
