You're not going to believe this....but it's working....after I hit the key to turn on the wireless :/
Thing is, I already checked and it was on in the BIOS so not sure why the OS didn't pick it up but hitting the key has activated it all OK

I wouldn't worry Desmo I nearly got my boss to send back my first laptop because the trackpad stopped working
