Nearly upon us!

I had been planning to get the 360 version (just prefer the pad), but after reading the comparison at Eurogamer, I think I'd better get the PS3 version. Shame really, the idea of FF with achievements always appealed (trophies != achievements in my book

)

Looking forward to it though

Will read the review on the PS3, I've been tempted a few times recently, was planning on picking one up when the new GT game family emerges.In the meantime I have a copy coming for the 360, Shopto have charged me which usually means it gets delivered the next day

I don't even bother with Eurogamer anymore. They talk a lot of bollocks.
Yes the PS3 version does look better, but that argument is so PS3 bias that when it comes to the FPS being higher on 360 it suddenly doesn't matter, for example, yet that argument is, and always has been, the key in game comparisons.

As for the graphic comparisons, I've never actually seen one that I've thought "wow, massive difference", even the ones they show, if they didn't inform people which was supposedly better, then people wouldn't know and wouldn't be able to argue it. That article is quite possibly the biggest load of **** I've seen published on a major site in years.

Anyone who's ordered from shopto and been told their order has been despatched shouldn't get their hopes up; it seems that even though they've updated the status to despatched they aren't actually posting them till today. So you'll be getting it on Monday.

Quite disappointed to say the least.

I've tried one FF game on the PS2 and while it was ok it didn't really grab me. Reading the reviews of this one they say stick with it for 15hrs and then it gets good. It looks fantastic but I dunno if I can really spend 15hrs playing something in the hope it gets good.
