Post your desktops *Modems swallow*

Just realised that we are missing a desktop screenshot thread. Keep the pictures to 1024*768 and lets see what you have got

I have just found this wallpaper and I really really like it. I have to kill the tellytubby xp taskbar with either litestep or something like that. Just reinstalled windows so thats my excuse

Come on all, lets have a look

I also want to make those icons smaller.... they annoy me. I am only running 1280*1024 which is part of the problem.

Too lazy to take a screeny: My desktop Just imagine a recycle bin, My Docs, and My Computer in the bottom corner and a toolbar on autohide down the side

It normally get changed every few weeks or so but this ones been there probably close to 2 months now

I remember on another forum I visited once upon a time they'd have a monthly 'post your desktop' thread. Yes it was a bit of a geeky userbase where people tended to change everything down to their windows themes once a month. Even so, it was a great place to see some wallpapers or themes you might not have heard about and which you might want, so a rule was put on there that a screenshot should reference everything in the picture which someone might want to find...

Windows: BW, or 'Brushed Metal'.
Wallpaper: No idea, I can send if you drop me an email though.
Winamp skin: Dark_Materia

I told Mic this thread had started and he asked how many pictures of women/skantily clad women had be posted already...

I said only 1 woman and that was my one

This is what im using at the moment. Theres also a screen to the left, but thats mainly my dump monitor, so is a bit of a mess. I also keep switching the vs, between the one shown and Area04.

Normally I don't have any icons on the desktop itself, but this is a clean installation which I've not finished sorting out yet.

I first had it at 1280-960, but I mad e some subtle changes to make it 1280x1024
