Yes, I've been finding it very effective. I won't use it at the weekend because I don't want an alarm but it would be quite good to have it able to run and just monitor so I can see what it thinks my sleep patterns are at the weekend. It's one of the things in their 'to do' list.

So my phone was on my bedside cabinet last night and I set the alarm for 8.30. Apparantly I was in my lightest sleep cycle at 8am

I did an experiment - set the phone the other end of the house from me. Alarm set for 9.05, went off at 8.39.

I think it's a result of the 'calibration' it does. Obviously if it can't tell when you're awake, it guesses. Fair enough I suppose.

Clearing the calibration might get the alarm to go off when you want it to.
