After muchos Googling, the poker one is probably the most complete page I have - only two blank spaces, one of which branches off Robin Hood, so probably isn't even poker related.
Edit: Aha! Didn't have forest, which makes the link to Robin Hoof raaaather obvious! Haha! Hoof!

It's hard to give clues to the ones you don't have as they're just player names. If it'll help with Googling, Jesus is the nickname of one of the players, Tiger Woods is the nickname of another, and Robin Hood the nickname of another one

I've not brought my save game into work so I've stolen Sams for now
I reckon by the time I get home and merge this in with mine we'll pretty much have most of it. |
