anyway, ran 4km again today, well, I jogged. it was 7.6 on the speed thingy.

It is certainly getting easier, i can feel it.

I am, hate treadmills, only use them for gait analysis, feels like I'm speeding along when they set the machine is at 7.5, and I assume that's kph.

i think Summer is confused as well because so far until today all I have seen is rain.

Would love to run outside, but its too dark (dangerous) for me by the time I get out of work and back into the ghetto.

Plus I pay an extortion for my gym membership to use their equipment.

After the 10K I think I will go back to doing my 20min runs 3 times a week after work outside - only problem I have with this is that I won't be using the gym as much and I likes the gym innit

I dunno, running outside means lots of road crossing and I am crap at pacing myself.
