The show runs in order of the different classes ( as shown on the poster ) but you are basically free to come and go as you wish.. I won't be backstage all day so will be able to come and mingle and we can all meet up in between for some nom noms

The afternoon show is probably about half full and it then gets busy in the evening.

If you buy a ticket in the afternoon it is valid for the evening too.

So this time in 12 weeks it will all be over... unless I qualify for the finals

James Collier, who preps me, is like the Simon Cowell of the bodybuilding world. He'll post something positive but will always add a but to keep you on your toes and tell you to keep working hard!

Aww thank you both! I'm gonna do BD proud !

Had a posing lesson today and my teacher said my poses were lovely and coming on really well... getting better at holding them for longer ( They REALLY hurt! )

Also measured my BF% again, been feeling a little off this weekend as the scales aren't budging a single pound and at this stage they really should be.. but my bf% has come down again! Is now sitting at 21.1%, dropped from 25.5% in January... that's nearly a 1/5 of my overall BF% dropped in under 5 months!

RAAAAAAAAH !
