Me either. I generally use mine for grabbing an app when I need it or if a new film/album comes out that I fancy watching/listening to. Will be grabbing the odd Wii game once the console is chipped too. But I'm not constantly downloading just for the sake of it.

For me its movies and music and I have got into the mentality of deleting films once I have watched them, lets face it if they are available now they will be available later
I have just a very few that I keep but its serious only about 5, I am starting to d/l music in FLAC where available as it makes a difference on my Hifi but a lot of the old stuff is in MP3 so doesn't take up much room MB |

I'm currently getting old of TV Series for myself and Lynne that we've wanted to watch from the start (like Charmed which she loves), or stuff like CSI Series 6 for me. It's actually stuff we intend on buying at some point, but with saving for the house money is tight, so this fills a need until we have enough spare cash to actually go out and buy what we want.

I've actually bought some films and albums that I wouldn't have bought if I hadn't tried them first by downloading them.

I'm currently getting the entire 24 back story (started watching from day 6), I'll watch them once then delete them, TV shows are something I rarely go back to.
If I wanted to go back after first watch then I'd just buy the box sets

Newhosting is generally very good overall gets better all the time, easynews is good if your competent at searching and don't want to use a newsreader (but if youve never used newsgroups you'll just be totally confused so ignore this).
If you want the best that is (arguably i suppose) giganews, but they're not worth the extra although i agree they are the best. v3.Newzbin.com is a good (well the best by far) indexing site And for me newsleecher is the best new client (again in my opinion) that seems to get better with each beta release too. Technically you need to pay for it, but you'll find cracked versions everywhere i suppose... tada! |

Newsdemon take switch i've been with them before, and they used to be ok, but worse than newshosting. Seems there retention has more than doubled since i was last with them! They are quick to respond and i think they just resell newshoting accounts anyways if memory serves me... And yes listen to MB you need newsbin as well as an indexing service for your newsprovider (which would be newsdemon in my posts case) Then get a newsreader to tie it all together, my advice would be newsleecher |
