This morning I did my usual interval training with a slight increase; 10.1 jog and 15.1 sprint. Go me!
 Doesn't seem like a lot but if I increase by 0.1 km/h every week it soon adds up. The idea of doing a 16km/h running speed is quite daunting though!

My last week gym wise has been crap with suffering from headaches due to sorting my diet/weather not sure 100% so not actually been since last Monday
 Hopefully it settles down and i get back to gym again the 3 times a week i am aiming for, as new diet is fine, healthy etc but need the cardio work to help the weight come off.SCM |
