How would you expect people to react if someone new walked into a pub filled with regulars, overheard someone's name and said "Oh, I recognise that ***ting name". Do you think they'd be welcomed with open arms and a cheery smile? Or do you expect that people in the pub would be on the defensive and then suspicious of anyone else new that came in who recognised the new person, suspecting they were out to cause trouble?
In the 2+ years that BD has been running lots of people have come here and been welcome and welcomed with open arms and warm attitudes, and most have stayed. This is first time a non-bot has been welcomed with anything less, and they only brought it on themselves, and unfortunately others at the same time.
