I just had a Bolognaise made with ratatouille, due to a lack of regular toms. Surprisingly nice!

Trout! Stuffed with lemon and rosemary. I already started hacking into it before I remembered to take a pic. He was yummy!

Yup! Now Phil goes out on Thursdays I can cook my own food without feeling guilty. I even left it's head on and everything. It tasted so good I forgot to feel sad. It's little life was worthwhile

Dinner tonight was a massive bit of rib eye steak (cooked just how I like it) with pomme dauphinoise, french beans and spinach.

Absolutely ruddy lovely.

Something new from a cookery book that looks nice
Chicken breast with grated cheese, salsa, sour cream and nachos on top. Looks quite nice so far although not cooked yet.
