Hmmmmmm, moisture sleeve and fork missing from todays box, have emailed them to let them know as I don't think the apple was as fresh as it could have been due to this but it was still edible

Correct. If you read the print on the front of the apple punnet you'll find that they say they've improved things so they don't need the sleeve any more.
As for the fork, also correct. I didn't get one either which was fine with me (Apple doesn't tend to get too sticky). As we all know Apple browns very quickly when cut, so they treat it. Mine was a little browner than what I'd get from the supermarket but they're packed differently. |

If anyone wants to give this a try I've got a code to get your first box free and your second half price - 7T7717RG.

I nommed my way through my first box today:
- Fresh pineapple. Lovely! Juicy & sweet. - Goji berry salad. Dried goji berries, walnut & pumpkin seed. I'm still not keen on walnuts but the goji berries were really nice. Hard to describe but the initial taste is almost like black tea. - Dried cranberries. Very, very nice. They say on their website that most dried cranberries are dried after they have been pressed for juice but theirs aren't. I can well believe it. When I opened the box I thought to myself that I would be peckish after finishing, but no, it was very filling. |

It's surprisingly filling isn't it? Mine popped through the letterbox bang on at lunch so I just ate it all in one go and was quite content with it, might have been the extra handful of nuts I had:
I e-mailed to let them know that the box of pistachios was a little full and had pressed on the seal and forced it open slightly. It wasn't a complaint, I was greatful for the generous helping, just thought I'd let them know. They e-mailed back saying my next box will be free. I really wasn't after a free box, I just thought a bit of feedback would give them a heads up they might be overfilling on certain orders (might point to a problem with the filling machine or whatever) and feedback is golddust when running a business IMO. I hope they don't run themselves out of business by being so generous, they've just lost £2.99 from me on my next box which I was fully prepared to pay for. Won't make a difference on just my box, but if they're sending free ones out like nobody's business you wonder if they'll recover ok?

I'm sure they won't continue dishing out free boxes for long, but equally I assume it is all part of their business plan and that the funding is in place.
I was genuinely surprised how filling it was. |

Meh, the first box is free and the second half price so I may as well give it a go I make myself quite healthy meals anyway, but they tend to be a bit samey as you have to eat a bag full of one thing before you get something else.
