One hundred uses later...
 I've actually used it for more than 100 nights but I was unable to backup/restore my phone for about three weeks while I was using the beta of iOS4. Anyone else still using it?

I used it a lot until my Nan passed away then my sleep patterns went to pot and haven't really gotten back to where they were. I think I will though, when I settle down a bit more.

I still use it to remind me I don't get enough sleep.
before I had to restore my phone last night I was on about 50 nights with a 5hr 30min average!
