So I have 8 weeks left, 6 more cheat meals

All coming along nicely!

I've bought my tan and did a trial run, put one coat on yesterday and another coat on this morning. Will probably need 5 for the competition day.

Had a great club today, really felt like I looked the part with the tan and the sparkles!

I'm really going to do this... OMG!!!!

Everyone is so supportive, I really can't thank you all enough

You look absolutely incredible Sinead. I think the most noticable change recently has been your legs. I hope you're bloody proud of them because they look fantastic

the tan actually looks really good - in some pictures of ladies it looks really bad... argh... this was sposed to be a compliment! lol

I should really get my ass sorted out with the gym i say this at least once every 6 months. I'd love to properly bulk up, but i generally fail to get start at all, like 90% of the country i'm sure

I know what you mean about the tan, some people use a thick instant tan which can look quite splody - this tan is one you layer on...I will be alot darker on show day though
