Finally managed to finish Halo on the PC \o/

Not sure what to do at home now. I should be going away any day now (should have been away 10 days ago), so I'm not keen on starting anything new. Maybe I'll just try to improve my Texas Hold 'em on the 360 for the next few days.

I have the unreal anthology and the Half Life collection to keep me amused offshore so I like to keep them separate from home.

I have a few part-finished games I could be having a go at (Doom3, Deus Ex and Oblivion, to name a few) but I started them and never really got into them. I suppose I could always have another bash at UT2004, that's always been a favourite of mine - Hmmm....

I'd go for Deus Ex of the choices there, save just before you get to pick the endings and play through all of them would be my advice. It is a really good game, especially if you consider how old it is.

I've gone back to PES6, only this time on the PC. I got hold of a copy then downloaded one of the patches to put all the proper teams, players, kits, etc in, and it seems more enjoyable than the Xbox 360 version. It's nice to play as Everton with proper kits, instead of Merseyside Blue

I'd go for Deus Ex too It might start out a bit slow but it's a really good game once you get into it. Probably one of my favourites of all time.

I'll be playing PES6 for the 360 again soon as I've got to write a review for it for a 360 site \o/

Agreed, I can go back to it any time and go through it slightly differently to the way I did it before, it just gives you so many ways to do things.

Advice taken, I'll have another bash at Deus Ex tonight - see how I get on.

Haha Sims 2. Is it wrong that I essentially tortured a guy in it? I left him in an empty room till he died. I was curious I'm looking at replaying Halo 1 & 2 at the moment. Although that bit inside Halo 1 were its nothing but copy / pasted level design is depressing me.

It did get a bit tedious with the same rooms recreated several times in the same level but apart from that was quite an entertaining game.

When I get back next time, I'll have to get Halo2 for the PC (I will have Vista by then).
