But as a result, anything lost in the post can be sorted within 3 days and the worst that happens is that it's left at the Post Office for you to pick up the same day or next morning.
Or alternately, get it sent to your place of work.

As preorders quite often come on a Friday, that means Monday. I know all my preorders with game, zavvi, tesco and play.com will pop through onto the letter box on Thursday whether I'm in or out. And I also won't be fobbed off with a Euro knock off with "Not for sale in UK" on the back as I did with my last shopto order. Personally I'd rather pay a couple of quid more, or even drive down to Tesco than use shopto again... Being late or slightly more expensive I can tolerate but dishonest and rude I can't. /heh, I sound like I mean business!

Each to their own of course, but I wouldn't use Tesco online (awful customer services) or Play (awful) again unless it could be helped and Zavvi would need a wicked price error, same for HMV. If I don't use ShopTo it will always be Gameplay, Game, Gamestation or Amazon. Saying that, I can see why bad experiences with Customer Services can put you completely off a company.

I'm not even that annoyed they sold me an un-sellable copy. What annoys me is that when I brought it up with them and kindly asked for an exchange or refund they told me to "be more careful on the internet and sod off". /why I oughta!
