How does it make you feel looking at these pics, and comparing them with your first progress pics?

I feel really proud of myself, I actually like what I see for the first time in YEARS - it feels goooooooood

I was supposed to be coming to take some pics of you around comp time (post-tea-bag tan

) if I remember rightly?! Hopefully we can arrange something around the time

It's bloody hard going but the results really are worth it.

Had to call my trainer on Wednesday, was at the gym and just had NO energy, felt like falling asleep between sets I was that drained.

I felt really down so called him for advice.. he said he was wondering when he would get this call and I have officially hit the wall

Now it's all about sticking to the cardio and diet and the weights really are a token effort, I'm not going to build any muscle between now and the show.

Really excited now.. only 6 weeks to go ..
