I sit there for hours just trading though . I never got knocked out a cup and did them all on Legendary, so I must have been otherwise engaged .

Were you a chicken chaser or a piemaster?

Resident Evil 5 finished last night. Bar a final boss fight which went on a little too long, it was incredibly enjoyable all the way through. It's not the scary game it once was, but it does make you nervous at times as you're never given an over-abundance of ammo so you're always wary that around the corner will be a group of enemies who will take out your remaining ammo reserves leaving you vulnerable. Not going to be a problem for me any more though, as I've unlocked unlimited ammo for my Magnum and Scorpion machine gun, which will make the next playthrough a breeze. I re-did the first level on Veteran last night after finishing it, and with those weapons Sheva and I destroyed everyone very easily. At least in the 2nd playthrough I can pick up all the treasures and BSAA emblems I missed the first time

I'm quietly impressed by it too Me and Nokkon should have this finished by the end of the day (just started 5.2 and returning to it shortly) and despite an initially slow start, I've really enjoyed it.
Loved some of the puzzles too, especially one involving mirrors that I won't spoil for people!

The mirrors were fun, but I've played other games that use the same puzzles so they're pretty easy to work out when you know how. It makes a nice break from constantly shooting people anyway

I'm not really playing anything at the moment. Still cant muster the enthusiasm to start Mass Effect or Blue Dragon, nor finish Fable II. Think I fancy either Resi 5 or Fallout... cant decide.

Once I'm done with RE5, I might either play the Broken Steel DLC for Fallout 3, play the new Fable 2 DLC (yay for stockpiled points) or rent some pointwhoring game from work as I'm near 80k. Plenty of good options

I know you're more a JRPG fan than western RPGs, but I heartily recommend Mass Effect. It really is awesome and has a great storyline to it. With the action being more like a 3rd person shooter it keeps it interesting as well
