5 weeks

Had a review today, both trainer and nutritionist were very pleased and I am well on target

Very happy and can't wait to step on stage.

Never in my life have I had the impetus to set out and achieve something but soon I'll be able to say I have ... RAAAAAAH !!

Went to the BNBF Southern show on Sunday and got totally fired up!

Really enjoyed the show - I went through a roller coaster! I had feelings of OMG I can't do this to... I WANNA GET UP THERE NOW!! All within the space of minutes

I could have tanned up and got on that stage and I wouldn't have come last!

I woke up yesterday with an entire furnace in my belly, never mind a bit of fire .. RAAAAAAAH !

Did some posing yesterday and all of a sudden all these muscles were popping out! I'm sure they were there before but I just never noticed them lol

Really hope this positive feeling lasts the next 5 weeks, I really want to get up on that stage now and show everyone the result of my hard work!

BRING IT ON!!

I'm so so so proud and fired up for you.

I just can't believe how much you've changed your bum and thighs which were your sticking points IMO (sorry if I'm wrong).

I think you look amazing Sinead, I can't believe that you got into the weights so much and took it to this level - it's humbling.
