It's one of the few films I actually like him in. An appropriate level of goofiness for a man that's never experienced the real world. Usually any indication of his involvement in a film is enough to make sure I never watch it so it may well be I'm missing some awesome stuff.. but I really just can't stand his pratting around.

Always found the Wheelies and Princess Mombi's heads really terrifying :/

Taken Good 'easy' (as in simple to follow, not the content) film to watch. Some parts were a bit obvious and 'yeah right er ok...that conveniently happened' but altogether was an enjoyable watch 8/10 BB x |

However I do really like Carey, he's one of those versatile actors. He does well in Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and A Tale of Unfortunate Events.

Completely agree. I thought it was an excellent film, but like you, I haven't watched it since.
Last film I watched was Fellowship of the Ring (again). Simply put, great story, great cast, great effects, favourite ever film trilogy. 10/10 Be quiet Flibster.

Quarantine
I'd heard this was good, a remake of the Spanish REC. Caught most of it on Sky. It was tripe. 3/10

You'll learn... Jaws Never seen it before... Some nice dark comedy. Can't wait for Spielberg to go back and digitally remove all the nasty stuff and replace it with marshmallows and candyfloss, and replace the shark with a really crap CGI version. 8/10
