I had to print off a voucher from the website and send it off, can't remember anything coming by email.

I had a weird dream last night, I won't go into the earlier part except that it involved Huddy and first Malc's big toe and then Stan's big toe but then it got onto Guitar Hero.

I went into a shop and picked up the guitar for GH2, it was very small and plasticy and the buttons on the head were quite big and seemed straightforward to use. Then I picked up the one for GH3 and it was full size, looked fantastic and the buttons were really tiny and had some fancy mechanism where each string had a button and you had to get the right ones for the chords and it was really difficult. The GH2 one was about £40 and the GH3 one was £173.

Now bearing in mind I've never seen them, was this even close to anything what they're like in real non-dream life? (not including Huddy and the toes).

Kinda. The GHII one is small and plasticy, the GH3 wireless one does look more like a proper guitar, but it doesn't have strings.

Des - unless you're bothered about getting a Wireless guitar, go get GH2, you wont regret it Plus the Guitar will work with GH3 and Rock Band should you want to get them later on. I <3 Guitar Hero.

I think I'd rather hold out and get the wireless one TBH. Been looking around on ebay for a GH2 set to get started but the prices still seem quite high...almost close enough to just buy new most of the time.

Would happily buy GH2 now and then GH3 when it comes out so we'd have two guitars as well then. Just depends if I can buy one cheap enough which I don't think I can.

I've become far too addicted to GH now, can't stop playing it. I have Bioshock which I know I can finish in 2 days, I just keep going back to GH. Probably because i'm only 4 songs from 2 achievements but.
