Comments like this do little to help, IMHO. In fact, the opposite of help occurs when someone posts giving the impression that they look down on the other forum/member.

FYI, saying "the SPS" doesn't cause skin cancer. You can actually say it without making it look like you feel the same way when you look down their nose at your shoes after treading in doggy doo.

Forum wars have gone on way too long.....I don't want to see them again and, given the malcontents/trouble makers/unlicensed lunatics we have in abundance on the SPS, it might be an idea not to get out the pitchforks and burning torches the second one of them joins up here.

I don't think this place is what most of the SPS lot are looking for. Most will come over, have a look, possibly get bored then leave. Start up the attitude-generator (tm) and don't be surprised if some of them go mental and spoil things here.

You've got a good thing going here, give people the benefit of the doubt and if they break your rules then ban them.....but at least warm the welcome mat a little to begin with, huh?

It was actually aimed at the fact HE referred to it as 'our place' in his first post here, if you'd bothered to read the thread. You'll also notice I did mention the SPS.

There were no forum wars until people came on here with attitudes.

My post wasn't a sideswipe at you, it was aimed at the sentiment in your post.....one which I've seen in several posts from several members here. The reason I quoted yours was it was the most recent example.
