Well done mb you're doing amaaazing what a lovely challenge too!!
Mei, you're mega x I saw massage guy. Good god. Turns out from my previous knee injury I've been compensating all over! Wonky back, knee twisted, lower back out, muscle twisted in belly and my neck tight. Its caused me to have one leg shorter than the other thus knee never really recovering. I have been pummeled. My entire back realigned, pubic bone punched by a machine back into place (that was AGONY) and stomach massaged with a weird machine and leg done. Amazing guy. Feel taller and free ... Said my running will improve, breathing (due to twisted muscles in stomach area it meant when running they'd tense and pull ribs down making it harder to breathe) and posture! I laughed the entire hour. So much pain and crunching! Incredible though how one injury cab mess up the rest of your body! Today, I hurt! |

Seriously this guy is tremendous. He's said to pop back for one more session but other than that... sorted. No running for next four days and then light exercise. Awesome. Excited!

It's amazing what can be the root cause of your probs. My physio says it starts from the top down or the bottom up. My knee problems are likely to have started with my back/shoulders.

Bought some new shorts which it appears allowed me to run 5k in under 30 minutes with out any walking. Comparability pathetic but one of my targets to do regularly
