Crikey Mei, you would think that at least one person in an organisation as big as Orange who have a bit of common sense and have sorted this out by now. Have you thought of going to the mobile phone ombudsman to see if they can offer you anymore help/give you some more clout.

I wouldn't do that, but I can see why some people would.

No problem If it helps I have always had a distinct dislike for Orange. Awful company who don't care for their current customers. Hope they sort it out. |

Ooh 'eck! That still rumbling on! Give 'em hell. They deserve it. Dunno what it is with Orange but going by past history they seem incapable of making account changes. They did exactly the same to me a few years ago (cancelled my data package and charged me at the ££/MB rate), then this year I ask for a downgrade and end up with both packages on my account. :/

I agree that they're taking the piss asking £1 for a bag but is £1 worth kicking up a fuss about? Most other Airports dish them out free, but so what? 4 letters plus time at the Airport for a £2.20 cheque? I value my time at a lot more than £2.20. |

Good for you. And it wasn't for me it was for Sam, and yes I've been to airports lots thanks, but other airports hand bags out. Why should I bring my own? That's just plain retarded.
Yes it's petty for a stupid amount of money, but who the **** cares - it's my time (well my lunch time at work) so what does it matter. I'm glad your time isn't worth that much, whoopee do.
