Take two round pizza base trays as that's all you have...lay them out on baking paper, and cut out the right size to cover the trays.
 Get the ingredients together, and arrange them in a convenient placement, ready to photography. Do not eat the fudge bars. Or the butter Or the sugar. Actually. Just don't eat yet.  Whizz the oats up in a whizzer.  You may now eat some of the spare chocolate while pulling a stupid face.  Get your daughter to beat the egg in a cup. Face like a spoon optional.  Horse around recreating an 80's TV ad. (On Gas Mark 5)  Add 2 tsp of more horsing around mixed in with half a pound of ear pulling.  Mix it all up to look like baby poo, then drop golf ball sized pieces onto the tray and cook for 10 mins until still not cooked but ready to take out (this is the secret, take em out 'fore theyre done margaret!)  Cookies with fudge pieces? DONE! (Then slap Gordon Ramsay)  BTW This made much more than you see here. And the next few out of the oven looked alot better. I just didn't photograph them. Do these look like proper millies cookies? Do they chuff! Do I care? Do I 'eckers like. Were they nice? Not 'arf! Last edited by Bod; 12-12-2008 at 00:00. |
