There's a section in the game where you need to use a hoverboat to get through a radiated swamp like area. It's impossible to miss as the game leads you to it, but somehow Mondo managed to miss it, and tried to use God mode to get past the area as he was trying to walk over the swamp and dying all the time

I swear someone suggested to just use noclip. Once you've used God mode, noclip isn't much of a stretch
