Had a code red wobble on the weekend, spent a lot of Sunday in tears not wanting to do it and just wanting to eat choccy but I had a good session down the gym and I'm back on it now.

It will soon

So I went to see my prep guys this week, both very pleased with me yay !

The final stages have now been started

Did my last legs session tonight, carbs are being cut, sodium intake increasing and I start drinking LOTS of water

It's all very technical so I won't bore you with the details but early next week I will look all watery, bloated and crap and then within a few days I will tighten up and hopefully look awesome!

She has to drink 8 litres of water a day to load her up with fluids and to get her body used to pissing it all out. She'll also up her sodium intake which helps to hold water around the muscle and also cut back on carbs to deplete the muscle of glycogen. I usually manage 3 without trying; 8 is gonna be hard work. When I was trying to increase how much I drank, I use to have time markers ie by 12noon I must have finished at least 1 litre - you given yourself "checkpoints" or anything?

I'm going to aim to get 6 done whilst at work so I only have 2 to make up when I'm at home.

Good idea with the checkpoints Sam, I'll do that

Hair is now ready for the competition ... should help me stand out
