I got a couple of games off PSN today

Burn Zombie Burn

Wipeout Fusion

Triple Map Pack for KillZone 2.

Only managed to play Burn Zombie Burn as it's so damn addictive. Real good fun game and well worth the £6.00

The wipeout expansion is actually better than what was offered in the original game imo, you'll love it if you liked what you had before. I haven't even looked at bzb, what's it all about anyway?

I'm surprised by that too Excluding you, pretty much everyone I know on twitter etc has commented on how tough it is compared to the average RPG and how the difficulty level changes so wildly.

It's certainly enjoyable but I'm not sure if I've got the patience at the moment.

Edit: I'll be giving it another shot tomorrow though And hopefully luck will be with me!

It's a simple arcade game really. You have to survive wave after wave of Zombies. Meet the score needed for the medals and then it unlocks different levels. There are some good vids of it on YouTube. Its a good game if you just want a 10 minute fix of nothing too heavy

The graphics and music make it fun.

I'm again a little surprised but at the same time, very smug. I've not really spoken to anyone about VC or read any guides, i've kept it as 'mine' so not really heard many other detailed opinions of it. I didn't realize it was considered challenging but then i did spend the best part of a month dedicating my time to that game as i really loved it so i probably spent more time than is considered healthy getting my head around the mechanics.

If you want any tips on the level you're stuck on drop me a message on msn, address is my username at hotmail.co.uk. It's been a while but i'm sure i can at least remember some of the details of how i did each level.

Well deserved smugness I suspect too Having had a quick glance at a few reviews, I've yet to see one not comment on how difficult it is at times. So kudos to you

I think I've got the right tactic down, I think I just need a bit of luck too Embarrassingly it's only on Chapter 4 (!) but at least I blew through the previous battles with no trouble which seems to be better than some people I've spoken to about it. Just a simple matter of taking the base, just not quite managing it.

Going to give it another go tomorrow and when I'm no doubt stuck again, I'll add you and bug you for help

I'm stuck playing single player games as I only have a 3G dongle for net access, and it's SO DAMN BORING!

Played CoD4, GTAIV, Bioshock and Dead Space and none have kept me even remotely interested

You have very weird taste in games then, considering Bioshock was IMO the best game of 2007, Dead Space was one of the best single player games in recent years, CoD4 has an awesome single player mode, and GTAIV I found very very enjoyable.

As with everything, taste differs, but i still find it hard to understand how someone couldn't like the single player in at least one of those titles. I felt the SP campaigns of GTAIV, CoD4 and Bioshock all weren't that great but even i thought Dead Space was incredibly good.
