Oh wow....had a good long blast with the wheel earlier and it's awesome IMO

I must admit that when I first tried it I was a bit "oh, this is gonna be hard" and wasn't sure how much use I'd get. But now I've spent a bit of time getting it set up properly in the options, I'm really getting a feel for it.

Stuck myself in an RS4 so traction wasn't a major issue. Did a few races and really started to get a feel for what the car was doing. I could feel the edge of grip from the force feedback and then it all went light in the skid. It's really good.

I then moved onto some rear wheel drive cars and after some more learning, I'm getting the knack of those too.

I'm now using the bonnet view which I've never done in a racer before and, along with the wheel, has made it so much more fun.

I'm really chuffed with it

Try and guess the number of layers used so far. Also, who wants it when done?

Sorted, still need to do the logo, and the cherries and more stuff. May take some time, still got to finish a South Park car for someone over there.

You've got more patience than I have. I really can't be bothered to do a proper pic, although I do prefer a more "race" look to the car anyway.

Here's my recent purchase...a GT3 on the Corkscrew at Laguna Seca...
