It was YMFs birthday on Friday and he asked me today if I could take him to PC World to buy Halo 3.

I refused, and set up a set of sniper bids on eBay and picked it up for £30.64 including postage so he's quite happy with that.

November may just be the single best month in gaming history......

9th - Call of Duty 4, Smackdown vs Raw 2008
16th - Assassin's Creed
23rd - Mass Effect, Guitar Hero 3, Need for Speed: Prostreet, Kane and Lynch: Dead Men
30th - Army of Two

And they're just the ones I want. I think my wallet has ran away and is whimpering in a corner somewhere.

Kane and Lynch could be a real gem you know. Not a great deal of PR around it but it looks ace.

Excellent choices there, I think COD4 will be a purchase, the rest I'll probably just rent through either SG (when Mr Feek finally joins ) and LF That reminds me I need to put bioshock back.

Yeah, especially the co-op side of it, which is becoming so much more popular lately (Army of Two was built as co-op from day one). K&L looks like it has some real promise.

I might have to "be sick" for a couple of days if I end up with enough birthday money to get several of the games I want on the Sunday after my birthday. It would be great to be able to go to town and come back with 3+ games
