Didn't know this, will have to check and see if that's the case with my TV.
Any idea where I could check?

In a manual or something? Dont know mate, I read it on a forum My 360 (well, my amp, but by proxy the 360 ) is plugged into that port so I can set the resolution to 1370x768, any ofther port and it will only give me 720p/1080i (my telly is 720p, and I prefer it on the native res. Shouldn't notice anything on a 1080p TV).

Ah ok thanks mate I'm on a 1080p TV so won't worry too much (think the 360 is on HDMI2 atm BD player on HDMI1 and SKY HD on HDMI 3)

Aye, it was tremendous.

I've mostly been playing:

Harry Potter: Half Blood Prince. Jen's been after this since it was released as we enjoyed Order the Phoenix and we finished it today. They've used many of the assets of the first game; which isn't a bad thing per se as Hoghwarts is Hogwarts, but it does feel less full and more of a blatant cash in. The story is very short though still enjoyable and your time is then mostly filled with minigames which are in all honesty a poor mans Bully ones, and a then the obligatory time consuming collectathon.

I finished my 100% run through of Shadow Complex and I'm nearly there on my 13% run through. A good fun interesting game but I'm not adding it to GOTY list.

I've just started Batman and it's tremendous. I love the 'thief' style dynamic to the gameplay and the voice acting/ambience/story is the best we've seen this year.

Tales of Vesperia. I'm 40 hours in it's starting to drag a little so I'm taking a break. Every time I play it falls down my next-gen jrpg list and dare I say I'm now starting to think Last Remnant was better....

Finally and now with a bitch fest with Nokkon over it on Twitter, I picked up 'You're in the Movies' for £14 (with camera) as an impulse buy from Tesco. Despite all it's faults my daughters, Jen and I have had blast with it all afternoon. Also despite having a natural brick back wall, navy sofas and generally busy room it picked us all up well enough to play all the minigames and gave me a small insight into how family gaming might be in my house post Natal. Whilst I cooked dinner Jen and Caitlin wanted to play again and it was a joy to see them throwing themselves about in front of the 360; hardcore games have there place but it's nice to also have fun games such as this.

It's only because he's jealous you've beaten him so comprehensively gamerscore wise

Good price for it along with the camera so not surprised you picked it up!

I know what you mean with Vesperia. I haven't played it for about a week and a half since Batman arrived and felt no urge to go back to it. Started it up now for the evening but it's lacking something.

Finished inFamous today, and enjoyed it thoroughly from start to finish. After the first mission the game recommended I play it on Hard, which I did for the rest of the game, and despite a few stumbles here and there didn't really find it that hard. Even the end boss who I heard was really hard only took me a few goes to figure out and then beat. Played through as a good guy the first time as I think the evil powers will be far more fun.

Also played some Batman Arkham Asylum yesterday which I managed to pick up second hand in Computer Exchange using some of the vouchers I have left over. I have to be honest and say that it's started pretty slowly so far. It's good but it's not hooked me just yet, though I'm only a couple of hours into it and I'm sure I'll be grabbed soon.

Still working my way through Batman too. Feels like i've been playing it for hours and hours but i'm enjoying it still. Still getting the odd "wow" moment. No idea how far away i am from completing it.

My 360 is on it's way home and UPS will deliver it tomorrow. Sadly i still have naff all to play on it but the busy game buying time of the year is just around the corner

Scarecrow stole the show for me, all of the encounters were fantastic. I found the whole game a little too easy on Medium, i can't recall dying once.
