Well by my count that's between 900 and 1000 calories which along with what I've had this evening adds up to about 1600 which is well within the daily limits.

The black pepper hadn't been added, I have a grinder on my desk! Didn't use any of those packets you can see next to the plate.

I've not done this before at work, but today I really fancied something different. It was good

Well, 4 of those are good. as for the rest

Haven't had a proper fry-up in ages. It's something I'm looking forward to in a few weeks.

I've yet to discover a better breakfast than a baguette with sausage, bacon, white pudding and maybe HP sauce. Egg optional, it's hard to fit a fried egg in a baguette sensible
