I don't want a PS3 for gaming. I don't use my xbox 360 at all.
As for the internet browsing, and messaging - I've got 2 laptops *one huge and one diddy* and a phone... I don't fold and for a media player I've got a media PC and a hacked Xbox. So it would purely be used as a DVD and Bluray player. Currently investigatign the Sony 350, 550 and the Panasonic BD35 Seen that Amazon offer - very tempting.... all it's missing is Iron Man dvd to match the Blockbuster offer...for £40 though...

I recently got a Panasonic BD35 and am pretty impressed. I'm having issues, but that's related to my projector rather than the player.

Nnnnnnnngggg.....
Sony 350 or Panny BD35.... Sony's 550 doesn't have anything extra that I really need so thats out. I like the price and the freebies with the Sony... But I like the Panasonic because it's not Sony and and seems more capable.... Gaaaah!
