My gym is actually starting classes on a monday night (is there something in the air? nothing before and then everywhere all at once). It'll cost £2.50 a session as they are bringing in an outside instructor but that is still cheaper than the £5 a session at the other place, and at least I already know the gym so should be a bit more confident in going.
First session is 6:30-7:30 monday and I am considering it

We even had the Masters son a Chinese chap called Ma living next door for around 18 months, Proper Bruce Lee mofo he was with Skillz you only see in the movies.
Anyways what I wanted to say is Chris the lady is older than me & looks Bloody fantastic on it' Still taut & fit & holds an Excellent body shape, He of course is even fitter. What I like is the obvious benefits to the body without bulking you up & the state of mind it enlightens you to

If I go, my plan is thus: I am meant to finish work at 4 but can easily do an extra hour and leave at 5, get to the gym and get changed by 5:15 so I can do a gentle workout out, maybe use toning tables for stretching etc for an hour and be warmed up but not knackered come 6:30.

There is no if .. there is only do !

I really think you'd enjoy it and I can't speak highly enough of the benefits both mental and physical.

Just don't be put off if you feel all clunky and awkward the first few times, everyone does !
