Yeah, I'm so jealous of him! He's so bloomin' graceful on the pole!

I was having a look at this pole but not sure if it's suitable. It seems to be tension it's help by but then it's got a bit at the top that screws into the ceiling It's half the price than an x-pole but if I'm spending the money I would rather spend more on something that's better quality.

I've been prancing about for the last while trying to pick a song but I love so much music I can seem to find the right track.

I've found what I will be wearing though

The only pole worth buying at the moment is the X-Pole. It costs more for a reason - it doesn't come down when you use it! It's the only one I recommend to any of my students and the only one I will use in classes. Well worth saving your pennies for, plus you have the added Spinny option which is the best fun ever!

I have just been chatting with Ambyglam and he's trying to work out which student you are!

Here's something I didn't think I would write on a forum...

My favourite 'pole dancing' song (at this moment in time) would be 'Fantasy' by Timbaland (Shock Value - Album).

**Disclaimer**
I've not visited a pole dancing establishment (though it's probably on a 'to do' list somewhere) just in case you were wondering what my top ten would be

LOL @ pole dancing 'establishment'.

I think you might have the wrong end of the polestick there.

I was just trying to convey the fact that I don't have a favourite track/tune/song for people to pole dance too as I've not frequented such a gentleman’s club where such pieces of equipment are often found

I purely () thought that the above track would be a fitting song for the purpose of performing to from an exercise standpoint as well as an enticing one for the intended audience member (I take it this is a sub reason for learning to pole dance ).

Please do tell if I am digging myself into an ever increasing hole
