Am I the only one who feels all depressed while on a diet? All that food I could be enjoying, all that beer going flat in my fridge.
The one ray of light are Weight Watchers desserts. Mmm, that's good eating.

I never denied she felt good. I was just saying the chance of it being due to the actual diet quite is quite low. It is more likely a mental thing.

Why is that Mr Nutrition expert? Are you talking with any actual experience? Your first post in this thread suggest you know bugger all about nutrition and being healthy
If you think that eating crap food but still staying thin makes you healthy then you need to start thinking about what's going on inside your body.

Never said that. I said if blighter is staying fit and thin, then he may as well eat what he wants.

That to me sounds like you're saying you can eat unhealthily and remain fine. Fine on the outside maybe. And whilst you've got youth on your side, the bad things happening inside don't show

But eventually it will all stack up against you. To be fair, when I was younger I used to eat some pretty crap food on a fairly regular basis. Looking back on it now, I wish my attitude to food back then was what it is now.

You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like.
I'm on a computer.

Youth is on your side mate, simple as that. It doesn't last forever, but it doesn't mean you're healthy by any means jsut because you're not fat. A poor diet will still affect your body and mind, just not as compounded as it would for somebody in their 40s.

LOL! Of course I have noticed a difference! And it isn't because my attitude to food as improved, I have more energy, I don't have as many bad tummy's or headaches. I lost 4lbs in my first week, so it has affected me in a good way.

lol at everyone else's comments!

Picky last night was a little "Humph" because he wanted to eat lots of food but wasn't hungry so was trying to stop himself I attempted to talk to him about wedding cakes and his immediate response prior to me finishing the sentence:

"DON'T TALK TO ME ABOUT CAKE!!!"
