Lol that was what i instantly thought when I saw the mention of Abandonware
Still got some links saved from when Davey explained all about the various lawsuits to do with it.

Aye, the copyright laws around games were one of my specialities for a while. I've forgotten a bit now as I don't have the same need for the knowledge, but I still find it very interesting.

Syndicate Wars was stunning, still have the cd rom here somewhere.
Me and mates used to just chuck the all weapons cheat in, something about hearing that robotic woman say 'cataclysm' and 'satellite rain' made me smile

I have found some awesome games whilst bored in some ****ty little hotel whilst abroad... yes I know they use the "ware" to make it sound legal, but I don't care - they don't sell those games anymore do they?
