Spoiler might be a good one although after a period of discussion about any given book/film/tv show spoilers naturally tend to appear; I guess admins could add it when necessary though to clue in people who haven't looked at the thread yet.

I like the way the tags give an extra buffer zone between the 'go to new post' and 'thread title/first post' link...
Very handy when browsing on iPhone with clumsy fingers
