I've had a friend of mine check it out - he's a trained nutricianist & gym instructor type - it got the all clear from him so I'm happy to give it a go a couple of times a week

Good idea that you checked it out My specialist said to me it's not always the 'ingredients' that are the problem, but the chemicals used to fuse together or activate them that can be harmful.
It's very much the same with multi-vitamins believe it or not. I imagine this is more common with the 'cheapies' end of the scale too

For mapping your route: www.mapmyrun.com or www.logyourrun.com
Personally I prefer MMR. You have to log in every time you go on the page if you're not a paid member, but it doesn't bother me. The mapping function is much better than LYR

I would find it highly musing to map my route at pole class. Round and round and round and round..oh..on the floor..BACK UP AGAIN!..climbing, climbing, climbing...slide...wheeeeeee...round and round and round and round...ooh she's got dizzy and passed out...
