You should be able to go back down to 3.1.2 shouldn't you? Did you reg your hash file on cydia?

I did register the hash with Cydia... If there is a way to downgrade that would be awesome! Think I was on 3.1 before..

Try that. I've never had to do it myself but it should work. What basically happens is that each time you change the firmware, iTunes talks to the Apple servers and confirms the firmware is legit. What you do with this is change the hosts file so that iTunes actually talks to the cydia servers which gives iTunes the all clear as it has the hash for your phone.
