I could beg and scream to my parents to keep it at theirs bit it'll be in their way, when I do use it I'd have to give it a bit of maintenance everytime etc. I'm just going to have to accept that at this moment of my life I don't need the bike.

Booo - selling favourite toys is not fun, but you're being really practical about things and will hopefully end up with a nice chunk of moolah to enjoy in other ways

Well I put it up for £2,300 and someone's already been round to look at it!

It was the same with my car, someone was round within 24hrs of putting the advert up! It helps that it's in good nick and well serviced and so on.

Feek, I'm moving house and moving to Putney. Unfortunately for the moment that is the priority and the bike is 2nd to it. I'm sure in another year or so I'll get another one, alternatively I can just rent one for a long weekend should I get the need.
