Backpack. Both shoulders though due to having very round shoulders it tends to fall off one side or the other.
Found out yesterday I have access to a small pot to pay for complimentary therapies as part of my health insurance. Going to give them a call and see if physio is covered and what to do next. The good news however is that the immediate symptoms have eased a bit. |

Today I've been poked, prodded, pushed, pulled, and probed.
Yes, probed. And yes, exactly where you're thinking! Most of me seems to still be there. Legs need urgent attention (so yes, that's physio for me then!), I've got scoliosis (already knew, but more physio!), liver isn't in great nick (further discussion needed there), and I need to sort my sleep cycle out (and maybe get tested for sleep apnoea). Will book a GP appointment in a few weeks once the results come through. Let's hope I can actually make something of it this time! Last edited by Mark; 13-10-2010 at 22:49. |

First physio appointment tonight. Physio spot on with the problems and even one I didn't know about. Very impressed.
I now have insoles, leg exercises, and another appointment in two weeks. She's got some light reading to do between now and then (I gave her the full write-up from the probing). She also found a knot right where I've had discomfort since falling down the stairs. Treated on the spot and here's hoping that's gone for good. |
