His job is up this year. Elections are in November I believe and he can't run for the post again. So I guess we'll be seeing him in another film or two within a year

Oh I didn't realise the position of governer was bound by the same electoral terms as the presidential post with respect to the number of terms they're allowed to serve.

Yes, governors are limited to two terms. Congress and senators are not (much to the dismay to a large portion of the population).
