I don't think this is going to require one of those text 8008 write-off checks! Where in the country is it? You can come show me the new wheels if you end up getting it - wherever it may be it will only take about 20 minutes in this beast!

Short shifter isn't a problem for me. Seems it's quite a common mod having had a read.
Spoken to the seller tonight and he's making all the right noises and I'm happy to start moving on with this so will probably book the inspection in the next day or two.
