I've chucked a few £ your way, MB.

The Anthony Nolan trust is very close to my heart having lost a friend to leukaemia. I'm a registered bone marrow donor and about 10 years ago came very close to donating.

I'll throw a few £ in too at some point.

Not sure I'll ever be up to 5k (knees are a bit knackered), but we'll see - if I don't keep getting setbacks I might just stand a chance. In the meantime I'll support and cheer from the sidelines.

We'll be taking Amelie up for the day and it would be great to meet up

Ooo, that's quite reasonable for a 5K. Some of them are quite expensive for what would be an everyday run for experienced runners. I think I might be away that weekend, so I'll have to check dates before committing. I might be up for fancy dress

Well done for taking the first step and entering MB. Fantastic cause too. I shall fling some monies your way when I get home.

I was supposed to be doing "race the train" in Wales that weekend but have changed my mind - too many race commitments - so we might be around. If we are, I'll come and run it with you for some moral support en route

No need to practice....for some reason I'm just not built for running so my pace is pretty crap. We'll just plod along together and finish together
